The starting point
Quality is not enough to become known
A producer making a few thousand bottles has limited resources for communication, and almost never an in-house team for it. The result is a static institutional website, no presence in the languages of the destination markets, and visibility that stops at the regional border.
Grapes Italy works on exactly that: not on selling, but on the way a winery is told to an audience that does not know it and does not speak Italian.
What it includes
How the channel works
- A story, not a line in a list. Territory, grapes, the history of the estate and the character of the wines, written to be read by people outside the trade.
- Four languages. Italian, English, Spanish and French, published together and not months apart.
- A place in the atlas. The winery appears under the region and the denomination it belongs to, where the audience actually looks for it.
- A direct contact. Incoming requests are followed by a person, not routed by an automated system.
How it starts
With a conversation
No commitment is required at the start. The first step is a conversation in which the estate explains what it makes and which markets it is looking at; from there, whether and how Grapes can be useful is assessed.
Contact
A question about Italian wine gets an answer.
Messages are read by a person and answered as soon as possible, in Italian, English, Spanish or French.
